HR Manager Job Title HR Manager Location Bhiwandi Job Type Full-Time v Role Overview The HR Manager will lead and manage human resources functions to support organizational goals This role involves developing HR strategies implementing policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with labor laws The HR Manager collaborates with leadership to drive employee engagement performance and retention v Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Onboarding Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent Manage full-cycle hiring process including job postings interviewing selection and offer negotiations Design and oversee onboarding programs to acclimate new hires effectively Employee Relations Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR policies conflict resolution and workplace issues Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback Plan and coordinate employee events recognition programs and team-building activities v Performance Management Develop and maintain performance review processes and tools Coach managers on goal-setting feedback and development planning Identify training needs and partner with L D to deliver programs Policy Development Compliance Review update and implement HR policies and employee handbook Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations Administer compensation and benefits programs HR Operations Reporting Oversee HRIS and maintain accurate employee records Generate and analyze HR metrics on turnover headcount and other KPIs Manage payroll processes in coordination with finance v Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s preferred 7 years of progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role Proven track record in talent acquisition employee relations and performance management Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices v Working Hours Shifts Timing between 9 00 AM - 6 00 PM 8-hour shifts v Weekly Off Sunday will be fixed off v Perks Benefits - 1 Lunch will be provided 2 Provident fund Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting High level of discretion and confidentiality Desired Attributes Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills Passion for building positive workplace culture Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 65 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do u have experience as an Industrial HR Manager or Factory HR Manager experience Are you willing to travel at bhiwandi location Experience HR industrial Manager 6 years Preferred HR Manager 7 years Preferred Work Location In person
