Your Profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Deal Management: Lead multi-tower outsourcing deals (> €50M), including staff transfers, asset takeovers, and captive buyouts.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Drive collaboration across sales, solution, commercial, and leadership teams throughout the bid lifecycle.
3. Proposal & Financial Oversight: Ensure high-quality proposals, manage financials, risk tracking, and compliance with bid governance.
4. Client & Advisor Engagement: Represent solutions in client interactions and manage advisor-led pursuits and benchmarking.
5. Process Innovation: Institutionalize best practices, tools, and templates to enhance bid efficiency and success rates.

Location: Pan India
Experience: 10+ years

Role Overview:
Lead large outsourcing bids (> €50M) across multiple towers. Manage end-to-end bid lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive proposal strategy and client engagement.

Key Skills:

- Large deal management across industries
- Strong commercial and proposal writing skills
- Experience with advisor-led bids and tools like ARIBA
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management
