
Urgent Associate Director, Marketing Excellence

Position Summary
This newly created leadership role will act as a strategic partner to regional business unitsincluding Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Clinical, and Salesenabling campaign and initiative execution across the APAC region. The Associate Director will lead a team of marketing specialists and own digital strategy, platform development, and performance execution, driving scalable and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across marketing and clinical divisions.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives.
- Drive lead generation campaigns, social media engagement, and event/product marketing.
- Champion change management initiatives to promote digital-first marketing adoption.
2. Digital Strategy & MarTech Ownership
- Own the digital and social platform ecosystem and conversion tools.
- Lead MarTech platform development and integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Collaborate with IT and product marketing to ensure scalable, secure, data-driven systems.
- Optimize marketing technology stack performance, reporting, and customer insights.
3. Campaign Execution & Content Strategy
- Develop and oversee integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Define content strategy aligned with brand messaging, legal, and regional requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and refine future strategies.
- Ensure efficient tech setup and governance across all digital marketing channels.
4. Brand Development & Messaging
- Co-create regional brand strategies and manage adaptation of B2B messaging for consumer audiences.
- Ensure regional creative assets align with global branding guidelines.
- Drive localization efforts to ensure market relevance and consistency.
5. Community Engagement & Influencer Strategy
- Oversee KOL collaborations and influencer programs to enhance brand presence.
- Guide content creation across digital channels to support community engagement.
- Ensure tone, style, and messaging align with professional branding.
6. Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies/vendors.
- Coordinate IT and marketing event resources for timely execution of initiatives.
- Present campaign performance and insights to senior leadership and business units.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketers and specialists.
- Promote collaboration, performance accountability, and professional growth.
- Foster a data-driven, results-oriented, and innovation-friendly team culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on APAC markets.
- Deep understanding of digital strategy, content marketing, and community building.
- Experience in healthcare or medical technology is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with MarTech platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot.
- Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and campaign tracking systems.
- Strong grasp of digital lead gen tactics across social, search, and programmatic platforms.
Leadership & Communication
- Proven track record leading and scaling marketing teams.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills within matrix organizations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Comfortable managing both strategic vision and execution-level details.
