Job Description About The Role We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced LMS Application Developer to join our dynamic fintech team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our loan management platforms, leveraging your deep expertise to build, customize, and scale solutions that power the entire loan lifecycle. You'll be responsible for developing and enhancing modules for loan origination, servicing, and collections. This is a hands-on position where you'll get to integrate our platforms with core banking systems and payment gateways, ensuring our solutions are not only robust but also seamlessly connected. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement customizations and new features within our Loan Management Systems (LMS), including platforms like Pennant, FinnOne, OmniFin, or OpenLMS. - Work on the entire loan lifecycle, from application processing and credit decisions to loan servicing and collections. - Integrate LMS platforms with internal and external systems, including core banking, payment gateways, and third-party APIs. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as Java, .NET, or Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Required Skills & Experience - 7 - 8 years of professional experience in application development within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. - Proven, hands-on experience with at least one major Loan Management System (LMS) platform like Pennant, FinnOne Neo, OmniFin, or OpenLMS. - Strong proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages : Java, .NET, or Python. - Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services. - Solid understanding of relational databases and strong skills in SQL with platforms like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. - Familiarity with development tools and technologies such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team (ref:hirist.tech)
