Content Management Associate

- Manually upload product images, descriptions, and metadata to internal and external eCommerce platforms.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of product listings, including pricing and product attributes.
Coordination with Design & Operations
- Collaborate with designers to gather relevant product assets (e.g., CAD renders, lifestyle images, technical details).
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure product details align with manufacturing specifications.
Quality Assurance
- Review and proofread all product content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, is free from errors, and is optimized for SEO.
- Troubleshoot any formatting or display issues on platforms.
Process Optimization
- Develop and refine internal processes for uploading and managing content.
- Suggest improvements to streamline content management workflows and increase efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on content performance metrics (clicks, conversions, etc.) where applicable.
- Provide regular updates to management on content status and any potential issues.
Platform & Tool Management
- Ensure all product data is correctly synced and updated across multiple channels.
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content management, eCommerce operations, or related roles.
Technical Proficiency
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices and image optimization.
Attention to Detail
• Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
• Meticulous in ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
Communication & Collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with designers, the operations team, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Problem-Solving Mindset
• Ability to identify content or platform issues quickly and propose solutions.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changing processes.
Bonus Points
• Experience with jewelry or fashion products.
• Familiarity with basic image editing (Photoshop or Canva).
• Previous exposure to B2B or manufacturing environments.
