This isan excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic decision-making, developproblem-solving skills, and build a foundation in operations and data analysisYou will be the central liaison between various functional teams driving day-to-dayoperations and owning core metrics with functional leaders. You will also be involvedwith owning focused objectives and building center of excellence (CoE) functions atPepperResponsibilities: Assist in developing and improving business processes across functions. Analyze datasets using SQL and Google Sheets to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution. Conduct research and provide inputs for strategic initiatives. Adapt to changing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications: 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field. Basic proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets; willingness to learn advancedtools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities.
