RB - Affluent Business Regional Investment specialist INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies 1 Reports to NIC Is a Team leader Y Team Size 5-10 Grade VP Business BPC - Private Banking Department Affluent Business Sub-Department BPC - Private Banking Location About Affluent Business Affluent Business caters to a segment of customers who are High Net Worth Individuals with a range of customizable offerings in wealth management personal banking and business lending solutions It gives highly personalized services with an expertise driven approach of an investment house with great stability and immaculate execution Affluent Business offers a gamut of different product offerings tailor-made to its customers with seamless touch-points About the Role Regional Investment Specialist will manage the investment specialist team for a particular region This team will comprise of resources whose focus will be to ensure delivery of the Investments for the Private Banking segment across their circles drive growth in AUMs drive portfolio actions ensure implementation and regular review of all control parameters monitor trends on sales across their circles manage large and critical key client relationships along with the Affluent team They also focusses on NOA to ensure regular and quality increase in their segment of Affluent clients and ensures upskilling for the entire Affluent team in their circles Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management and Leadership Lead mentor and manage a team of investment specialists and senior private bankers Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews with team Conduct investment trainings workshops and client presentations to enhance team capabilities Drive AUM growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base through NTB acquisition To deepen the relationship with clients to garner fresh AUMs from competition Revenue delivery Ensure the achievement of revenue plan with right product mix Recommend appropriate investment products including equities fixed income mutual funds and alternative investments Investment penetration Ensure the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance and coverage on the client base Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention Sales Quality Compliance Ensure team adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies Manage investment risks by conducting thorough due diligence and maintaining diversified portfolios Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the business metrics Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduation Post-Graduation from a recognized institute one or more of the following MBA CA CFA CFP Overall experience of up to 10 years in financial markets including debt equity mutual fund AMCs etc or in asset allocation and investment management of HNI customers Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job a candidate should possess the following Knowledge on financial markets including debt equity mutual fund AMCs etc or in asset allocation and investment management of HNI customers Good understanding of the various investment products including mutual funds bonds money market instruments equity alternate products etc Understanding of quantitative asset allocation methodologies Ability to develop view on risk associated with different product investments Capability to satisfactorily engage with the client to analyze risk appetite and investment goals Ability to work with experienced team Ability to understand synthesize and communicate insights from central Investment advisory research team to RMs Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
