Join us in transforming how people enjoy their meals while contributing to sustainable livelihoods. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Customer Support Agent role based in Krishnagiri. The Customer Support Agent will handle customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, providing efficient and professional service, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high service quality standards. The role involves interacting with customers to build strong relationships and enhance their overall Cookr experience. Qualifications - Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively and ensure a great experience - Proven experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly - Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written articulation - Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving - Interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy for addressing customer needs - Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment - Previous experience in the food or e-commerce industry is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; an additional certification in customer service is advantageous
