Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electric Vehicle (EV) Trainer, based in Nagpur. The EV Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, provide technical sessions with trainees, and developing course content to support the skill enhancement of students in electric vehicle technology. You will provide hands-on training on EV mechanisms, focus on practical applications, ensure students understand concepts thoroughly, and monitor their learning progress. Additionally, you will keep yourself updated with industry trends and engage with students to prepare them for career opportunities in the EV sector. Qualifications - Strong technical expertise in electric vehicle technologies, automobile systems, and related equipment - ITI, Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field - Effective communication, presentation, and teaching skills - Experience in hands-on training or practical workshops in EV highly preferred - Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and enthusiasm for technology and education - Relevant industry certifications in electric vehicle technology are a plus - Experience in vocational or technical education is an advantage
