Job Description Purpose of the role: - Deliver engaging, highquality technical training programs to ensure that technicians and team members develop the skills and knowledge necessary to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles including EVs correctly and efficiently. - Design, plan, and execute both customerfacing (dealer) and internal technical training sessions covering product systems, diagnostics, repair procedures, and new technologies. - Support the onboarding and continuous development of new team members through structured induction programs, competence assessments, and personalized development plans. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure programs reflect the latest OEM standards, products, and diagnostic tools, contributing to business KPIs and service excellence. - Plan, design, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs (inclass, virtual, and handson) for dealer technicians and internal team members. - Develop and maintain engaging training materials tailored to audience levels presentations, videos, manuals, demonstrations, exercises, assessments, and elearning content. - Coordinate new technician onboarding programs: define learning paths, organize schedules, assess technical competence, and track progress with the Team Leader. - Conduct regular competence evaluations to ensure all trainees meet required technical and behavioral standards; identify knowledge or performance gaps and define corrective actions. - Create and maintain training documentation including course outlines, assessments, attendance records, and evaluation reports to ensure compliance with audit and SLA requirements. - Collaborate with Product Engineers, Warranty, and Technical Support teams to ensure technical content accuracy and integration of the latest model and product updates. Qualifications Technical Skills: - Ability to read, interpret, and explain mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics. - Competence in diagnostic equipment use, faultfinding, and technical problemsolving procedures. - Expertise in training development tools and presentation software (PowerPoint, video/audio editing, LMS publishing tools). - Training design: creation of structured materials, exercises, assessments, and evaluation frameworks. - Competence in data tracking and KPI reporting to monitor learner progress and training effectiveness. - Classroom and workshop management: safety, organization, logistics, and handson demonstration execution.
