Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Market (Inside Sales)
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Experience: 1-3 years in SaaS sales (US market preferred)
CTC: Up to 10 LPA

What You’ll Do
● Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS
● Book qualified meetings with potential customers.
● Leverage tools like Factors, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.
● Apply consultative selling to understand customer challenges and needs.
Ideal Candidate
● 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales (IT/SaaS preferred).
● Comfortable working US time zones (5 days in-office).
● Hands-on with sales tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo a plus).
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
