Job Title Regional Collection Manager RCM Location Jaipur Rajasthan Industry Banking Function Collections Mortgage Products Experience Level Senior Minimum 6 years relevant experience Salary Range RCM Up to 25 LPAAbout the Role We are hiring for senior-level Collection Managers for Jaipur with responsibility to manage the entire Rajasthan region These are critical leadership roles within the Mortgage Collections vertical of a leading Bank Key Responsibilities Drive and manage collections strategy for the Mortgage product portfolio across Rajasthan Handle large teams of on-roll and off-roll collection executives and agencies Monitor portfolio performance and drive resolution recovery and minimization of delinquencies Build and maintain relationships with legal teams repossession agents and recovery partners Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies Report regularly on performance metrics risk exposures and collection efficiency Additional Responsibility for RCM Focus exclusively on the NPA Non-Performing Assets bucket Lead escalated recovery efforts including legal recovery SARFAESI and settlement cases Formulate high-level collection strategies partner with senior leadership and manage high-risk portfolios Eligibility Criteria Current employer must be a bank candidates from NBFCs or fintechs will not be considered Minimum 3 years of tenure in current organization Minimum 3 years in the previous organization demonstrating strong stability Must have handled the Rajasthan geography pan-Rajasthan experience is a must Only candidates with pure mortgage collections experience will be considered experience in personal loans credit cards auto loans etc will not be accepted For RCM Must have NPA bucket handling experience only Key Skills Required Deep understanding of mortgage products and collections lifecycle Proven track record in recovery field collections and legal collections Strong team management and leadership capability Excellent analytical and reporting skills Familiarity with local legal and recovery frameworks within RajasthanApply Now on resume staffiaa com whatsapp - 9236596996Regards Vaishali Singh Assistant HR Manager
