- An Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within a designated geographic area
- They play a critical role in driving revenue growth for their organization by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and closing deals

Responsibilities:

- Achieve or exceed sales targets for the designated geographic area
- Develop and implement a sales plan to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect and qualify new customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to the organization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

- Experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present products and services to potential customers, including preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Excellent negotiation and closing skillsStrong time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with sales tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and spreadsheets, is preferred
