Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of office fit-out and interior projects. The role requires strong leadership, client management, and execution capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Lead multiple fit-out projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. - Review and validate architectural & interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. - Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project workflow. - Monitor on-site progress, quality control, and safety compliance. - Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors; ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and challenges, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. - Conduct regular client updates and stakeholder communication, maintaining high client satisfaction. - Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and client purposes. - Mentor and guide project managers and site engineers, ensuring efficient team performance. Key Skills & Competencies - Proven experience in commercial fit-out, office interiors, or turnkey projects. - Strong project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation. - Knowledge of construction methods, material handling, and interior finishes. - Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage client expectations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is a plus. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design. - 8–15 years of experience in commercial fit-out or interior project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/project lead role. - Experience handling large-scale enterprise or corporate projects preferred.
