their Change BoW that ensures successful transition into the organisations goals processes and technologies Adopting values and principles that follow agreed processes and practices to allow teams to continually improve their performance Work includes Create and align a sustainable change vision for the delivery function - partnering with the Business Infrastructure areas building a deep understanding and or leveraging SME knowledge in order to have a clear understanding of the business outcomes articulate requirements source and document details on process metrics and data in order to execute the change mandate Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects products managing and reporting status of product roadmap and or project status RAID and financial information to support effective decision making Removing blockers to ensure the team is successful and working with end users to ensure successful adoption Developing project product change artefacts during the change lifecycle e g scope business case communication change management and or training plans materials and overseeing monitoring the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of Bank Private Bank projects Works as part of an engineering team to improve the overall delivery process Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended Support engineering efforts by providing tools automation and hardware assistance Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes Helps enhancing Continuous Integration Delivery Monitoring Develops and integrates systems utilities and scripts to automate deployment and monitoring of builds and environments Work with Developers and QAs to orchestrate automated testing and deployment through a lifecycle of environments from dev to production Identifies issues optimization potentials and implements solutions Liaises with other technical teams conducting technology research and evaluating software required for maintaining the development environment The role would ideally suit a passionate technologist with broad experience across software delivery technologies with an agile mind-set Routine application maintenance tasks are an ongoing responsibility of DevOps Engineers that they accomplish via strategy-building techniques Provide technical guidance and educate team members and coworkers on development and operations Design deploy manage and document CI CD pipelines Handling change and release management activity Your skills and experience Experience with high-end complex solutions and mission-critical 99 9 uptime applications Understanding of industry standards processes for build deploy release and support CI CD incident problem change management etc Strong knowledge of Linux Apache Webserver Java Application servers Load balancers Experience with any cloud-based infrastructure GCP AWS Azure highly available
