Data Scientist - US Healthcare Claims ManagementPosition Data Scientist - US Healthcare Claims Management Location Gurgaon Delhi NCR India Company NeolytixAbout the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the development and training of AI models for managing US healthcare claims This role will involve designing implementing and optimizing machine learning models to automate and enhance the claims processing workflow Key Responsibilities Lead the collection cleaning and preprocessing of healthcare claims data Develop and fine-tune machine learning models to accurately analyze and prioritize claims Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and define key processing rules and criteria Design experiments to validate model performance and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Deploy and maintain AI models in a production environment Continuously monitor and improve model performance through regular updates and retraining Document processes methodologies and findings to support transparency and reproducibility Qualifications Masters or Ph D in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field 2- 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning preferably in the healthcare sector Proficiency in Python R or similar programming languages Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn Strong understanding of healthcare data EHR EMR systems and claims processing Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Preferred Skills Experience with natural language processing NLP techniques Familiarity with cloud-based ML services such as AWS SageMaker Google AI Platform or Azure Machine Learning Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy laws e g HIPAA What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in healthcare Collaborative and innovative work environment Professional development and growth opportunities To Apply Submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and interest in the role to vidya neolytix comPowered by JazzHR
