Job Title Tech Publication Executives Location MRO Bengaluru BLR Job Type Full-time Function Engineering Technical Services Reports To Tech Publication Officer We are seeking Tech Publication Executives to manage maintain and facilitate access to technical documentation The role ensures regulatory compliance organizes technical libraries and supports engineering teams in accessing accurate and up-to-date information for efficient project execution Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize technical documentation with accuracy and precision Support engineering teams by ensuring timely access to required technical information Facilitate the induction and training of personnel on document management systems Ensure compliance with regulatory document control requirements and industry standards Collaborate with regulatory authorities during audits and inspections Support internal and external documentation projects and process improvement initiatives Maintain attention to detail and ensure documentation meets project and regulatory needs Skills Competencies Expertise in technical documentation and library management Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with organized approach to document management Ability to facilitate training and induction processes Familiarity with aviation technical documentation preferred Key Performance Indicators Documentation quality and precision Timely project support and aircraft integration Regulatory compliance adherence Collaboration and communication effectiveness Induction and training process optimization Key Interfaces Internal Engineering Teams understand documentation needs ensure library meets requirements facilitate retrieval External Regulatory Authorities ensure compliance participate in audits and inspections Education Experience Requirements B Sc B Tech BE BBA BBM BA in Library Science Information Science Engineering or related field Minimum 1 2 years experience in a technical library Experience in aviation documentation is an Aviation Indeed does not charge any fees for interviews or recruitment from candidates Report any fraudulent incident to info aviationindeed com
