Position Creative Head - Design Category Rainwear Outerwear Jackets Location Bhiwandi Thane - HO Experience 12-18 years Industry Apparel Functional Wear Outerwear Rainwear Role Purpose The Creative Head of Design will lead ZEEL s Rainwear Outerwear Jacket design strategy driving innovation functionality and brand identity while ensuring commercial viability for General Trade D2C and key markets Key Responsibilities Define and lead the overall design vision seasonal themes for rainwear and outerwear Create commercial yet innovative jacket designs aligned with ZEEL s brand DNA Drive fabric innovation trims waterproofing seam-sealing performance features Lead end-to-end design lifecycle concept sketches tech packs sampling approvals Collaborate closely with Merchandising Sales Sourcing Production teams Ensure designs meet costing targets margin goals manufacturability Track global trends consumer insights competitor benchmarks Mentor and lead the design team ensuring quality timelines and creativity Oversee range planning colour palettes silhouettes fit standards Support key presentations to management buyers channel teams Key Skills Competencies Deep expertise in outerwear rainwear construction Strong knowledge of functional fabrics coatings laminations performance testing Commercial design mindset with strong market orientation Ability to balance creativity cost and scalability Leadership mentoring cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency in Adobe Suite CAD PLM systems Educational Qualification Degree in Fashion Design Apparel Design Textile Design Post-graduation from NIFT NID equivalent preferred What ZEEL Offers Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 4 000 000 00 - 6 000 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
