We are looking to hire a Delivery Leader with product engineering expertise to work with our GCC customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact engineering projects that align with our clients' strategic goals. The person will oversee project management, client engagement, team leadership, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Project Oversight: Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The projects will be executed out of the client GCC location and the oversight of the project has to be in collaboration with GCC stakeholders - Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. The person will be visiting client GCC offices regularly to meet different customer stakeholders to discuss the health of different engagements, potential new opportunities and address the client concerns if any - Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. The teams will be working out of client GCC location along with the customer teams. The person has to work out of client GCC location on regular basis to monitor the progress of the team and take corrective actions - Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with VP/Director of engineering , engineering managers, product managers and other stakeholders to align project delivery with clients' strategic product roadmaps. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness. - Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. - Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure delivery success and drive continuous improvement - Account Growth : Grow the accounts by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in project delivery within a technology or product engineering firm. 15+ years of experience of software development - Technology Expertise : Delivery exposure of projects dealing Java , .Net Core , Angular/React/Vue.JS technologies with modern day highly distributed micro services architecture. The software will get deployed in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud , so exposure to one of the public cloud is must - Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Certifications: PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
