Job Title Accounts Executive Male Department Accounts Finance Location Angamaly relocation also Job Type Full-Time Reporting To Accounts Manager Finance Head Salary 15 to 18 k Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Male Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of accounting software and a basic understanding of financial and taxation principles Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry voucher preparation and invoice processing Maintain accurate records of sales purchases payments receipts and journals Prepare and manage GST returns TDS filings and other statutory compliance Reconcile bank statements and supplier vendor accounts Assist in monthly closing ledger maintenance and preparation of financial reports Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents during internal and external audits Monitor and control petty cash and expenses Ensure accurate and timely processing of bills and payments Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for future reference Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Commerce Accounting or a related field B Com M Com preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and basic computer applications Knowledge of GST TDS and other Indian tax regulations Good communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Preferred Candidates from nearby locations Experience in insert industry e g construction manufacturing trading will be an advantage Willingness to work on-site or in-office full-time Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Experience Accounting 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
