Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive with proven experience in international sales of heavy construction equipment such as Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Road Rollers, and related machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of export documentation, Letter of Credit procedures, and overseas market development. Qualifications - Strong skills in Communication and Sales - Experience in Export, International Sales, and International Business - Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new overseas buyers for heavy construction equipment. Manage the end-to-end export sales process, from inquiry handling to deal closure. - Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, LC documentation, etc. - Build and maintain strong business relationships with international clients. - Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business trips abroad to promote products. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in exports of heavy equipment/machinery. Sound knowledge of Letter of Credits (LCs) and export documentation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Flexibility to travel abroad for business development and client meetings. - Foreign business travel experience will be considered an added advantage.
