Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Specialist Location: T. Nagar, Chennai (On-site) Shift: Night Shift Experience: 5–7 Years Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Healthcare IT / Digital Health / SaaS Role Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Inside Sales Specialist to accelerate growth across our healthcare IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales expertise, a passion for healthcare technology, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities in international markets. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales or Founder and plays a critical role in driving revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a sales roadmap to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets. - Identify, research, and engage potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and multi-channel engagement strategies. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on SMB, mid-market, and enterprise healthcare clients. - Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging healthcare technology trends. - Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment in messaging, pipeline management, and client engagement. - Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare periodic reports on pipeline performance and key sales metrics. - Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling within existing client portfolios. - Contribute to refining sales playbooks, outreach scripts, and process improvements for enhanced efficiency and scalability. Required Skills & Experience - 5–7 years of proven inside sales or business development experience in B2B technology or IT services, preferably in Healthcare IT / Digital Health / SaaS. - Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets in international markets (US preferred). - Strong experience with outbound sales strategies — cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize sales performance metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion rate, ACV, etc.). - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, or regulatory dynamics (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) is a plus. -
