Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable - Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. - Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances - Courier partners shipping charges reconciliation on monthly basis. - Vendor payments by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries relating finance. - Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports and reconciliation. - Continuing to improve the payment process. Accounts Receivable - Sales orders reconciliation and act on non-integrated orders in ERP and to be cleared the same on daily basis. - Invoice booking for B2B orders in ERP. - COD, Prepaid & B2B order receivables Reconciliation. - Consignment Inventory outward booking for B2B orders. - Inventory Reconciliation Month end Closure Activities - Booking of Provisions - Passing Depreciation Entry - Preparing Various MIS (Receivable Ageing, Payable ageing etc) - Bank Reconciliation Statement. - Preparation of Financial Statements: P&L account, Balance sheet, Cashflow Statements The role will also comprise of end-to-end support to the business on the SOR model w.r.t. accounts payable, inventory management, weekly MIS preparation etc. Qualifications for Account Executive - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory). - 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting. - Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. - Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
