We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead our online marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and enhance the digital footprint of Chhabria Housing LLP. Key Responsibilities - Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote real estate projects. - Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and manage performance-driven campaigns to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through remarketing and automation tools. - SEO & SEM: Develop strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking for key real estate search terms, optimize property landing pages, and manage paid search campaigns. - Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow Chhabria Housing's social media presence by creating engaging content, showcasing ongoing and completed projects, and driving engagement with potential homebuyers and investors. - Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, property videos, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines and market trends. - Email & Automation Marketing: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows to maintain consistent communication with leads and clients. - Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates. - Website Management: Ensure the company's website is up-to-date with the latest property listings, SEO-optimized content, and a seamless user experience to convert visitors into leads. - Market Research: Stay updated on real estate digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies to enhance Chhabria Housing's digital presence. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 25 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector. - Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media management. - Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and marketing automation tools. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. - Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is an advantage. - Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and management. Preferred Skills - Experience in real estate photography, video tours, or drone visuals. - Knowledge of local real estate markets and buyer behavior. - Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
