A low code no code platform that makes application development and automations faster and easier with a simplified and streamlined builder experience leveraging enterprise-grade scaling and security We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Java Developer joining SAP Build team helping us in design development and deployment of end-to-end solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform with a specific focus on SAP Build You will leverage your development experience in full stack development to build robust scalable secure and cloud native applications while also implementing the DevOps best practices for continuous integration and delivery Develop and Run full stack applications As a full stack software developer you will be responsible for coding testing automation deployment quality assurance for service applications which are being developed with best programming practices Develop and maintain automated DevOps pipelines for build test and deployment processes utilizing tools such as Jenkins Concourse CI CD or similar Onboarding of the Service on different hyper scalars as per the SAP BTP Everywhere strategy Ensure the security reliability and performance of applications deployed on SAP BTP and ensuring monitoring logging and alerting solutions as needed to prevent service outage Develop front-end interfaces and user experiences using modern web technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks e g Angular React etc Design and implement back-end services and APIs using languages and frameworks such as Java Node js and integrate them with SAP BTP services Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development SAP ecosystem and DevOps practices and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate What you Bring Mandatory 5- 8 years of experience in Software Engineering Good understanding of cloud concepts and cloud technologies Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks e g Angular React and or back-end technologies e g Java Spring Boot Node js Python Flask Strong knowledge and hands-on in DevOps principles and practices is a plus including CI CD pipelines onboarding SAP BTP services on various hyper scalars and exposure to automated testing Excellent development and design skills and Good problem-solving skills Passionate about learning new Products Technology Good communication skills team player and self-driven Knowledge of modern back-end technology stacks tools and standards including relational and non-relational databases webservers server-side frameworks such as Postgres MongoDB Nginx Node js restful APIs and OAuth Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience and willingness to work in a project setup following agile principles and practices Meet your TeamThe future is just an arm s length away SAP Business Technology Platform BTP our enterprise platform-as-a-service PaaS provides comprehensive application development capabilities to extend integrate and build innovative applications in less time -
