HI Team Greetings Position Freshers Jr Recruiter Location Akkayyapalem Visakhapatnam Only Local Canddiates only Duration Fulltime Only Night Shifts 6 30 PM to 3 30 AM IST or similar Numerous opportunities exist for junior recruiters or freshers with strong communication skills to work night shifts in the recruitment process particularly in US IT Non-IT staffing in India Companies often provide comprehensive training and mentorship Key Requirements Excellent Communication Skills Strong verbal and written English is a primary requirement as the role involves interacting with US-based clients and candidates Willingness to Work Night Shifts The job timings are typically aligned with US time zones e g 6 30 PM to 3 30 AM IST or similar Education A Bachelor s degree in any field Human Resources Business Administration or related fields are a plus is generally required Basic Computer Knowledge Familiarity with MS Office and a strong desire to learn Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and job portals is essential Go-getter Attitude A proactive and self-motivated approach to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced target-driven environment is valued Typical and Responsibilities As a junior recruiter in a night shift your responsibilities will generally include the following Sourcing Candidates Utilize various job boards like Indeed Monster LinkedIn social media and internal databases to identify potential candidates for US-based positions Screening Resumes Review and screen resumes to assess candidates qualifications experience and suitability for job requirements Conducting Initial Interviews Perform initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates communication skills and technical fit Coordinating Interviews Schedule interviews between candidates and senior recruiters or hiring managers managing all logistics and communication Maintaining Records Accurately update and manage candidate information and track progress using the company s ATS or CRM system Assisting Senior Staff Support senior recruiters with documentation reference checks and the offer process Staying Updated Keep informed about US hiring trends industry terminology especially in IT or healthcare recruitment and compliance practices Thanks Nagesh 9885980589 nagesh conchtech com
