The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics, with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and secure AI-driven products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for large-scale enterprise systemsBuild and maintain reusable AI frameworks, pipelines, and librariesWork closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutionsOptimize AI/ML algorithms for performance, security, and regulatory complianceImplement and support cloud-based AI solutions on AzureApply best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, versioning, and model monitoringDevelop solutions involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and generative AI technologiesParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project deliveryEnsure adherence to healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML developmentStrong programming skills in PythonExpertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworksExperience working with LLMs, RAG systems, GPT-based architectures, and generative AIProficiency with Azure Cloud ServicesKnowledge of MLOps, containerization (Docker), and scalable deployment practicesExperience with NLP, predictive analytics, and model optimizationFamiliarity with healthcare data interoperability and compliance requirementsStrong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
