Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient in email marketing tools, understand audience segmentation, and be capable of creating compelling email content that enhances engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging email content including subject lines, CTAs, and body copy aligned with brand voice.
- Manage and grow subscriber lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (deliverability, CTR, ROI, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
