Finance Executive

The Finance Executive is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel including accounting budgeting auditing payroll and financial reporting The role ensures all financial transactions are accurately recorded controlled and compliant with company policies and statutory requirements Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Bookkeeping Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system Maintain general ledgers journals and financial documentation Prepare and post journal entries for accruals prepayments and adjustments 2 Accounts Payable Receivable Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies Monitor customer accounts prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments 3 Bank Reconciliation Cash Handling Perform daily weekly and monthly bank reconciliations Verify cash deposits and ensure cash handling procedures are followed Assist in managing petty cash and cash float records 4 Financial Reporting Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation 5 Compliance Controls Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations GST TDS etc Maintain proper documentation for audit and record-keeping Support implementation of financial controls and process improvements Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting B Com M Com preferred 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting hospitality industry experience preferred Knowledge of Tally IDS or other accounting software Strong understanding of GST TDS and basic financial principles Excellent Excel and analytical skills Attention to detail accuracy and integrity in handling financial data Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
