Job Description
Under minimal supervision, documents requirements, use cases, user stories, and manages technical, functional and acceptance testing for Salesforce features and enhancements. Designs technical and business solutions based on understanding of business needs.
Communicates Salesforce feature requirements, facilitating timely resolution to questions related to how the product should function or how to prioritize feature development. Has accountability for the quality and value of implemented product. May function as a liaison between the Salesforce users and the Salesforce Governance Board and provides key updates to the Salesforce Governance Board.
Has experience with the following:
1. Strategic planning to identify the organization&aposs business needs
2. Business model analysis to define the organization&aposs policies and market approaches
3. Process design to standardize the organizations workflows
4. Quality Control responsible for the quality of the product
Requirements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst
4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf, new development, and enhancements/support)
Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management
Organizational & time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and business areas.
Proficient knowledge of Project Management waterfall and Agile
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settings (e.g., one-on-one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e-mail).
Salesforce Business Analyst certified
Nice to haves:
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
Basic knowledge of key concepts and processes within the Software Development Life Cycle
Proficient analytical skills and business acumen; proficient data rigor and attention to details; proficiency in marketing and strategic framework; track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
Basic understanding of relational database architectures and tools
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel. Basic skills/familiarity with other Microsoft business products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Windows) required.
