The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting for the staffing industry, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of U.S. accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. - Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate financial reports. - Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting principles and the specific needs of a staffing firm. - Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with the HR team to manage consultant payments. - Collaborate with the U.S. finance team to handle month-end and year-end closing activities. - Provide financial insights and support for budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications: - Proven experience in accounting, specifically within the staffing or recruitment industry. - Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and accounting practices. - Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
