Accounting LeadWe are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant to join our organization immediately.Key Responsibilities:Perform month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.Review bookkeeping across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and clean up work.Prepare and review federal and state tax filings and supporting schedules.Manage the general ledger, chart of accounts, and documentation.Collaborate with auditors to prepare audit-ready reports.Advise leadership on tax planning, compliance, and financial control measures.Develop and refine accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Compile cash flow reports, forecasts, and budget comparisons.Requirements:Hold an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. Possess 3 to 7 years of experience in public accounting or in-house finance.Demonstrate strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.Have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms.Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.Prior experience with multistate filings is a plus.Must be available to start immediately.
