Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse at SP Medifort Hospital, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patients conditions, and updating medical records. The role requires collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additional tasks include educating patients and their families about health conditions, managing medical equipment, and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in patient care and clinical skills
- Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient conditions
- Ability to update and manage medical records accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience in a multi-super-specialty hospital is a plus
