Role Overview

As a ZenXFit Coach, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through high-performance strength training, functional workouts, and recovery routines — all backed by top-tier education and an elite fitness environment.

Location: ZenXFit – Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (details below)

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lead personalized training programs (1-on-1 and small group).
- Coach members across strength, mobility, HIIT, and recovery principles.
- Monitor progress, adapt plans based on assessments and client feedback.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, and movement quality.
- Collaborate with our in-house physio and wellness team on rehab clients.
- Contribute to content creation (short tips, videos, or transformation reels).
- Represent the ZenXFit brand with professionalism and passion.

What We are Looking For

- Certification from INFS, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of client-facing experience (internship or full-time).
- Deep knowledge of human biomechanics, form correction, and progressive overload.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and recovery — not just aesthetics.
- Bonus: Experience with group classes (CrossFit, mobility, yoga, etc.)
- Good communication skills — English & Hindi/Marathi
