Responsibilities We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Representative, Accounts Payable to be part of our India Accounts Payable team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager- AP, you'll be responsible for: - Performing 2-way/3-way matching in Coupa and posting vendor bills in NetSuite (PO and non-PO) - Validating contract terms, rate cards, SLAs, and usage metrics for complex data center vendors - Ensuring accurate GL coding, cost center/project allocations, and compliance with approval matrices and DOA - Managing India tax compliance, including determining and applying correct TDS sections/rates and processing deductions in NetSuite - Driving process excellence and partnering closely with Procurement, Tax, FP&A, and Business teams What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications) - MBA/M.Com with 4+ years relevant experience in a multinational or other big corporate house - Strong hands-on expertise with NetSuite (vendor bills, tax configuration, reporting) and Coupa (POs, invoicing, approvals) - Solid knowledge of TDS sections (194C/194J/194Q/195), 206AB checks, PAN/TAN management, Form 16A, and GST (RCM, ITC, GSTR-2B/3B) What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification) - Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks - Proven experience with data center/co-lo/network vendor invoices and usage-based billing validations At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
