Role Infrastructure Security Administrator, responsible for the design, development, implementation, and operation of enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities Primary responsibility of this position is listed below: - Mange the product lifecycle of infrastructure security technologies, ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and operational stability across hybrid environments (on-prem, AWS, Azure). - Analyze security data, monitor system logs and events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), and ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. - Propose, plan, and implement necessary security changes with attention to potential service impacts. - Automate repetitive administrative and monitoring tasks using PowerShell, Python, Chef, and Terraform to increase efficiency and consistency across platforms. - Stay up to date with current and emerging threats and take proactive steps to mitigate risk. - Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly reports on infrastructure metrics, SLA compliance, and key achievements; maintain clear and accurate documentation for systems and procedures. - Support incident response, problem resolution, and change management processes, including root cause analysis and knowledge documentation. - Explore and implement AI/ML-based solutions for log analysis, system monitoring, and other operational tasks. - Ensure all activities are performed in adherence to World Bank Group (WBG) or equivalent organizational policies, standards, and procedures. - Demonstrate accountability and ownership by promptly responding to client inquiries and issues, and by proactively removing roadblocks to ensure successful task execution. - Participate in the team's on-call rotation to provide support for production environments. - Ensure alignment with SAFe Lean-Agile principles and participate in Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives). - Work closely with Product Owner and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to align deliverables with the overall roadmap. - Participate in team's on-call rotation for production support. Specific Activities Include - This position as an Infrastructure Security Administrator will perform a combination of security design, development, and implementation work, as well as security testing and implementation of new products or enhancements to current products - Responsible for the support of the production environment ensuring the appropriate security policies and standard methodologies are implemented and carried out on-prem and in AWS and Azure. - Configure, implement, and maintain all security platforms and their associated software: CyberArk, TripWire, UKM (SSH), Active Directory, IDM, PrivX, Guardicore - Daily triage and update/resolution of tickets generated by ServiceNow ticketing system and respond to inbound phone and electronic requests for technical assistance - Ensure security standard processes are implemented through auditing of various infrastructure services like servers, VMware, storage, backup and access management - Monitor security advisories for new vulnerabilities and assess the impact to the Bank's operational landscape. - Assists, when needed, with detecting, tracking and investigation (forensics) of possible security breaches, provide meaningful data and reports to the management and the office of the CISO of potential exposures and consequences. - Interact with security product providers to resolve operational issues. - Participate in audits, as needed, producing necessary documentation, reports, and explanations, and implement corrective and preventive action plans approved by unit managers. Selection Criteria - Bachelor's degree with 5 years or Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. - Good understanding of Host-based firewall, Intrusion protection, Data Integrity, and Vulnerability Scanners - Good knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols - Good understanding of CyberArk and SSH/UKM Framework. - Working Knowledge of Deep Security and software based micro segmentation tool like Guardicore - Knowledge of handling security posture in AWS EC2, Azure VM, ECS, Lambda, IAM, AKS and other cloud services. - Experience in environments supporting RDS, Azure SQL, IAM roles, policies - Good Knowledge in Python or PowerShell scripting. - Some exposure to Disaster/Recovery and system backup subject area - Ability and willingness to work, learn and contribute to internationally diverse team environment. - Strong, hands-on experience of VMWare is a big-plus. - Experience with PAM tools is a big-plus.
