
Manager, Product Management, Customer Experience and Business Trends

Are you Customer obsessed, eager to create opportunities and influence business decisions to improve the customer experience across our different Amazon businesses? Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) Capability Team is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to join our Global Capability team based in Bangalore.
As a leader of a team of skilled Product Managers and Business Analysts, you will drive meaningful change and create breakthrough solutions that delight customers globally.
Key job responsibilities
•Develop and execute strategic initiatives that transform customer experience measurement and improvement
•Lead cross-functional teams to design innovative automation solutions that streamline complex business processes
•Analyze comprehensive data sets to generate actionable insights that drive customer experience measurement and operational excellence
•Work with Technical and Product teams to create compelling product proposals that scale and optimize customer interaction frameworks
•Build and mentor a high-performing team of business analysts and product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation

About the team
Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is an organization made up of a diverse suite of functions dedicated to deeply understanding and improving customer experience globally. We are a team of builders that develop products, services, ideas and various ways of leveraging data to influence product and service offerings- for almost every business at Amazon-for every customer (e.g. Consumers, developers, sellers/brands, employees, investors, streamers, gamers.)•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
•Demonstrated experience in product management and business analytics
•Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools
•Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex data sets
•Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps
•Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects
•6+ years building Business Analytics and Automation Tools/Product
•3+ years of team management experience
•Advanced degree in Business or Technology
•Experience in e-commerce, retail, or technology industries
•Knowledge of data modeling and pipeline design
•Familiarity with statistical analysis methodologies
•Experience working in global, matrix organizational environments
•Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
