Internal About RPG Enterprises Mumbai head-quartered RPG Enterprises is one of India s largest industrial conglomerates With over 15 companies in its fold the group has a strong presence across core business sectors such as Infrastructure Tyres IT Healthcare Energy and Plantation to name a few Established in 1979 RPG Enterprises is one of India s fastest growing business groups with a turnover of 4 billion About KEC International KEC International Limited headquartered in Mumbai India is the flagship company of the RPG Group A USD 2 1 billion Engineering Procurement and Construction EPC major we deliver projects in key infrastructure sectors such as Power Transmission Distribution Railways Civil Urban Infrastructure Solar Smart Infrastructure Oil Gas Pipelines and Cables Designation Assistant Manager- M0 Location Mumbai- Tardeo Experience required 8-14 Years of Tender and detailed design of MEP services especially in complex functional requirements viz Data Centers Airports etc Key Responsibilities 1 Review of Bid documents for EPC project for design and execution scope of work specifications Tender documents and drawing and prepare optimized BOQ for Bidding process 2 Knowledge of DCI Design calculations for Water System Pumping System sanitary and Sewer Calculations STP Septic Tank and Soak pit sizing Rainwater Harvesting design 3 Knowledge of DCI Design calculations for Fire Hydrant Sprinklers Clean agent fire Suppression 4 Candidate should have well versed knowledge of Indian and International Standards 5 Preparation of technical specifications data sheets schedules material take off BOQ for Fire Fighting Plumbing etc 6 Prepare draft site engineer s instructions relating to the building mechanical services as required and issue to the Project Manager 7 Review Shop drawing in conjunction with the Architectural Structural and Mechanical Electrical drawings to ensure engineering coordination 8 Review MEP services material proposals against specified technical performance requirements 9 Undertake a prior review of the proposed mechanical Electrical system testing commissioning methods and schedule 10 Manage day-to-day work related to MEP design for various projects 11 Ensure that appropriate documentation and information is provided to the appropriate authorities to obtain the GRIHA LEED ratings required on projects 12 Undertake general project site observation inspection of the MEP services works for Contractor s adherence to the approved shop drawings External Competencies Managing Risk Inspiring Innovation Contract Administration Principles Elements Planning Orientation Customer Centricity Digital Acumen Safety Standards Experiential Learning Communicating Effectively Design to Value Analytical Mindset Capture Planning Quality Adherence Developing Plans Personal Excellence Stakeholder Management Developing People Growth Mindset Result Orientation Optimization Business Orientation Analytics
