Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will be involved in deeply understanding Chargebee's Billing product in addition to the needs of businesses that require some form of usage tracking, billing and monetisation. You will gather detailed requirements, and support the development of Chargebee's usage-based billing module. A key focus of this role will be on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing as well as user documentation ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of accuracy and functionality. Your ability to think expansively, solve complex problems, and apply logical reasoning will be critical to your success in this role. This role provides an opportunity to gain vital product knowledge and experience that will then allow you to transition into other roles that can be product (product management) or customer facing (for example, presales, sales, implementation consulting, customer success) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements for usage-based billing software. Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. Conduct UAT and system testing to ensure product accuracy. Assist with product training, documentation, and customer support. Develop billing and SaaS domain knowledge to solve complex problems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong GPA (>3.6/4.0). 1-3 years of work experience in a SaaS company or billing operations preferred. Experience with billing software is highly desired. Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with usage-based billing systems or subscription management platforms. Skills in relational databases and SQL for data extraction and analysis is a plus Core Competencies: Strong billing and SaaS domain knowledge. Excellent communication and UAT testing skills.
