and reports using Power BI You will work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers analysts and UX UI designers to transform complex data sets into actionable insights Your expertise in Power BI will be critical in ensuring that the digital analytics application is both robust and user-friendly meeting the needs of our global audience Principal AccountabilitiesDesign and develop advanced data visualizations dashboards and reports using Power BI Implement data models and DAX queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis Utilize advanced Power BI features driven and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced successful team Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Power BI Developer with a proven track record of designing and deploying complex Power BI solutions Experience in embedding Power BI dashboards in applications efficientlyExpertise in data modelling DAX and Power Query in building complex custom visuals like MACCsStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Proficient in SQL and experience with various databases e g SQL Server Oracle MySQL Snowflake Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus Knowledge of Python or R programming languages is a plus If you re
