environments to manage and deliver quality data in accordance with SMART data principles Your RoleLead Analyst is a key role within the Change Management function supporting Investment Distribution Services You will assist the Project Change manager in executing projects initiatives and driving change in the organization as assigned This is a diverse role that includes strategic planning execution analytics continuous improvement and other key governance for the function while managing stakeholders expectations The role involves collaborating with internal functions and subject matter experts to ensure project change is delivered in a timely engaging and effective manner The right individual will be a xe2x80x98global problem solver with a good understanding of Investment and Distribution Services and or Investment-related activities Successful candidates will possess the professional competence and interpersonal skills to command the respect of senior leaders Other skills should include dedication to continual improvement in execution a collaborative approach to win internal support and influencing skills to work with global partners Key Responsibilities Extract information at all levels of the organization individual contributor to senior management for presenting various management updates and to identify core problems needs Analyze data collected across multiple teams projects update to various MIS tools templates and follow-ups for missing information Conduct complex analysis and present data insights in a meaningful way to senior stakeholders Help with decision-making on new or current projects by gathering and analyzing data and providing insights into new possibilities or areas in need of improvement Assist in developing and maintaining project plans schedules and budgets as needed Take charge for timely data inputs gathering from senior stakeholders across various functional organizations Work with business ops and support Risk Audit Tech etc functions to understand the guidelines and implications of project execution Writing system requirement specifications to include use cases data models assumptions and mock-ups when necessary Work closely with business functions to pro-actively identify define opportunities for continuous improvement build diagnostic and develop business cases Management of Continuous Improvement agenda drive and shaping up project opportunities Assist in the definition of performance metrics for all projects as well as business functions and drive governance around the same with stakeholders Communicate project status frequently up and down the organization and suggest changes to use available capacity efficiently Contribute to various governance forums as appropriate Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve issues or improve the process for future state Key proficiencies Being able to stay abreast with the big picture and view inter-connectivity of tasks and solutions Ability to take care of flexibility and change without getting flustered especially in quickly evolving production client scenarios Ability to turn around quick data mining data analysis presentation requirements Ability to develop trust with various internal and external facing teams and clients Encourage others Demonstrate a deep passion for technology and financial domain and build an ability to tap into the creative minds of the project team Maintain a broad understanding of our systems customers and business goals The Experience You Bring 5 years of Project Management Change Implementation experience or equivalent experience preferably in Financial or Investment Banking Sector Strong stakeholder management with experience of building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership Strong knowledge in agile project methodologies Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal and conflict management skills Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way Open minded flexible and willing to listen to and incorporate other peoples opinions and a strong out-of-the-box thinker who challenges status-quo Ability to handle ambiguity and ability to assess risk even when data or information on hand are limited Financial domain expertise particularly familiarity with US financial markets Familiarity with US financial planning wealth management is a big plus Academic requirements MBA from reputed university would be preferred Certification Experience on Data Visualization tools would be preferred Certification
