Job title : Talent Acquisitions Associate Skills : End-End Recruitment, IT hiring Experience Required : 4-8 Location : Indore, Pune Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days, Serving notice What will your role look like - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. - Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates. - Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process. - Maintain recruitment metrics and generate management reports. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Good-to-have skills - Experience in social media hiring strategies. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
