**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand the specific technical skills, qualifications, and experience required for each IT role.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
- Continuously assess and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process. Implement strategies to streamline and automate various stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Implement enhanced use of automation in the process.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or Technical Recruiter in an offshore IT environment.
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
- Familiarity with technical evaluation methods, such as coding tests and technical interviews.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment databases.
- Attention to detail and keenness to improve the processes.
