End-to-End Recruitment Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding manpower needs job postings sourcing screening interviewing to final selection Leverage job portals social media platforms LinkedIn Naukri etc Headhunting employee referrals to identify high-quality candidates Recruit professionals with real estate experience in sales marketing operations legal project and customer service Evaluate candidate profiles conduct preliminary interviews assess cultural fit and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation Support initiatives to enhance the company s presence as an employer of choice within the real estate industry Ensure a smooth professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain recruitment trackers update the applicant database and generate regular hiring reports for management review Coordinate with educational institutions and attend real estate job fairs to attract young talent Liaise with external recruitment partners and evaluate their performance regularly Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field MBA PGDM in HR preferred 1-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition preferably in the B2B industry Familiarity with real estate job roles functions and recruitment challenges is highly preferred Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowances and Attractive Incentives Medical Insurance Paid sick leaves All Sundays are fixed off and alternate Saturdays are off 2nd 4th Saturday Career growth opportunities
