we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at genpact com and on LinkedIn X YouTube and Facebook Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Sr BlueYonder Functional Consultant In this role Principal Consultant Sr BlueYonder Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Blue Yonder WMS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation configuration and optimization of Blue Yonder formerly JDA Warehouse Management solutions The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modules such as Demand Planning DP Supply Planning SP and collaborate and will serve as a key advisor to business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of supply chain initiatives Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management modules Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery Oversee and participate in system testing UAT and deployment activities Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Blue Yonder applications Document processes configurations and provide training to end-users and team members Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science or relevant discipline experience as a functional consultant with Blue Yonder JDA Warehouse Management solutions Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Blue Yonder modules such as Outbound Inbound Allocation Picking Put Away Wave processing Cycle counts Inventory Management Configuration and Reports Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM Order Transportation Management Familiar with Moca commands Reading Writing SQL and PL SQL working with database tools like Lexedit Strong understanding of master data management Customers Suppliers Items Footprints Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams Preferred Qualifications Skills Blue Yonder certification s Experience with Data Access Service DAS and BI reporting tools Prior experience in retail manufacturing or consumer goods industries Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
