Hiring Consultant/Senior Consultants specializing in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) for Protiviti. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects across multiple service sectors. As a vital member of the team, you will be managing and executing commercial diligence project work, driving growth, and delivering across advisory activities including strategy for new businesses, new market entry, and feasibility studies.

You will be involved in creating and validating business plans, conducting business reviews, performing supply-demand modeling, and carrying out cost benchmarking studies. This role requires you to stay informed of market trends, M&A intelligence, and competitive landscapes. You will be a key player in providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients, playing a direct role in their strategic decisions. Requirements

  • Experience: 4-8 years of Commercial Due Diligence experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
  • Education: Full-time MBA from a premier business school is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to at least two sub-verticals within Manufacturing, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, or Healthcare.
  • Skills: Proven ability to conduct primary research, utilize data analytics tools, and develop robust demand-supply forecasting models.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel.
