Job Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand tone and goals. Grow social media followers, engagement, and community interaction through innovative campaigns. Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and storytelling. Analyze key metrics and prepare reports on performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with influencers and industry experts. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation. Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Experience in paid social media campaigns and performance marketing.
