Job Description About the Role We are looking for a proactive and leadership-driven Junior Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across our Software Development and Digital Marketing teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage people and processes efficiently. This role suits someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience who demonstrates strong managerial potential and a passion for the IT industry. Note: Fluency in Malayalam & English (spoken and written) is mandatory for coordinating with Kerala-based teams and abroad clients(US and UK). Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily tasks and workflows for both Software Development and Digital Marketing teams. - Ensure smooth project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and team updates. - Act as a communication bridge between management, clients, and internal teams. - Assist in resource planning, task assignment, and performance monitoring. - Identify operational issues and implement quick, effective solutions. - Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and task trackers. - Conduct team meetings, follow-ups, and review sessions to ensure accountability. - Support onboarding, training, and process improvements for team members. - Collaborate with QA, design, marketing, and technical leads to streamline cross-team coordination. - Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and deadlines. Requirements - 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles (IT or digital domain preferred). - Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle team conflicts and deadlines. - Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Notion, etc.). Preferred Skills - Experience coordinating software or marketing projects. - Ability to prepare reports, client updates, and internal documentation.
