Join us if you want to build the future of Web3.Key ResponsibilitiesManage user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring secure and timely access to tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and other key SaaS platforms.Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and ensure device compliance across all users.Oversee identity and access management, applying the principle of least privilege across SaaS platforms.Monitor and manage Google Workspace shared drives, groups, and permissions.Administer and optimize SaaS license allocation (Slack, Jira, Datadog, etc.) across teams.Monitor SaaS tool costs and manage them efficiently to optimize spending.Handle IT support requests via Jira Service Management, ensuring efficient issue tracking and resolution.Conduct and document backup restoration testing, device setup, and recovery procedures.Perform system patching, MFA enforcement, and vulnerability management activities.Support audit and compliance activities under ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS frameworks.Maintain clear IT documentation, including SOPs, process guides, and access control records.Must HaveExperience with Google Workspace Administration, Slack, and Jira Service Management.Strong knowledge of SaaS access management, endpoint compliance, and device security.Familiarity with Datadog or similar monitoring tools.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple IT operations with strong attention to security and compliance..Good to HaveExperience managing Bitwarden or other password management systems.Familiarity with CrowdStrike and JumpCloud.Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS).Basic scripting and Linux administration skills for automation, reporting, and system management.Why Join TransFiWork on cutting-edge technology transforming global payments.Be part of a passionate, remote-first team shaping the Web3 future.
