Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quotation Specialist to manage the end-to-end process of preparing competitive travel quotations and comprehensive itineraries, specifically for the Maldives. This role combines both sales support and operational expertise. - Experience: 34 Years - Location: Mumbai - Specialization: Maldives Travel Quotations (Sales & Operations) Key Responsibilities - Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive travel quotations and itineraries for individual and group travel to the Maldives. - Supplier Coordination: Communicate, negotiate, and coordinate effectively with local Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and other suppliers in the Maldives to secure the best rates and inclusions. - Product Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Maldives travel products, resorts, transfer options, and local suppliers to create customized travel packages. - Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure quotes meet client requirements and are prepared promptly to drive conversions. - Operational Link: Assist the Operations team by ensuring all quoted details are accurately booked and documented for a seamless client experience. Requirements - Experience: 34 years of hands-on experience in preparing travel quotations and itineraries, specifically for the Maldives market. - Dual Expertise: Proven experience in both the Sales and Operations aspects of travel planning. - Destination Knowledge: Excellent and current knowledge of Maldives hotels, resorts, travel products, and local supplier networks. - Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
